Every pair is inspected for factory defects before it ships. Inspect the parcel and products when they are delivered.
Factory defects
We accept claims for factory defects reported when the parcel is received. Keep the packaging, take clear photos and contact us immediately at bootssource@gmail.com or on WhatsApp. Products must have no signs of use. Any mandatory consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.
Exchanges and returns
Outside defect cases, we do not offer voluntary exchanges or returns. Any mandatory consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.
